What do the verification symbols next to the emails mean?

Here's what those symbols next to the email in the Identify Chrome extension mean:
Verified
This means that the email has been confirmed by us as a trusted and working email.
Please Note: We recommend that you stick to using the Verified emails in your prospecting; LeadIQ cannot guarantee email deliverability for other statuses.
Best Guess
If we have a record of a successful email sent to someone else from that same company, you will see a gray checkmark inside a circle to indicate that the email address is our Best Guess. This is used to differentiate best guess emails from false positive emails and bounced emails.
Unverified
Sometimes it is unclear if the email can be considered verified or not. When that happens, you'll see a gray question mark indicating that the email address is Unverified.
Bounced
When we know the email has bounced in the past, we give it the grey X and mark it Bounced. Bounced emails will be captured to LeadIQ campaigns but will NOT be exported to integrations such as Salesforce or SalesLoft.
Email Unavailable
Email Unavailable appears when an email is detected as inaccurate or invalid and is removed from our database when the data analytics show that it is 100% incorrect or invalid.

There will be times when you or one of your team members may need to edit or update the email address of a lead. It will update the status icon to that of a grey circle with a pencil in the middle. Edited by User (Unverified) emails are saved locally and will be visible only to you and your team.
You will also have the option to edit the format of the email and apply that format in bulk to the entire account. The edited format will only be visible to you and not your team. If you make an error, you can easily revert the edited email to LeadIQ suggested email.
Managing Email Settings
We encourage team admins to configure email settings for the rest of the team so no unwanted email status can be exported to your integration. More information on how to do this can be found under Managing Governance Settings.
