What do the verification symbols next to the emails mean?

Email Unavailable

Email Unavailable appears when an email is detected as inaccurate or invalid and is removed from our database when the data analytics show that it is 100% incorrect or invalid.

There will be times when you or one of your team members may need to edit or update the email address of a lead. It will update the status icon to that of a grey circle with a pencil in the middle. Edited by User (Unverified) emails are saved locally and will be visible only to you and your team.

You will also have the option to edit the format of the email and apply that format in bulk to the entire account. The edited format will only be visible to you and not your team. If you make an error, you can easily revert the edited email to LeadIQ suggested email.

Managing Email Settings 

We encourage team admins to configure email settings for the rest of the team so no unwanted email status can be exported to your integration. More information on how to do this can be found under Managing Governance Settings
