Enabling Prospector+

Before you can begin using Prospector+, you must give LeadIQ permission to access your CRM(s). You can give this permission by opening the LeadIQ Prospector Chrome Extension and scrolling to the bottom. There, you will see highlighted text that you can click on to Update permissions for each CRM you use.

Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise plans.

A popup will open, and you can click Allow to give LeadIQ permission to access your CRM platform. Now, you are ready to use Prospector+.

Using Prospector+

Prospector+ can be used with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, and Hubspot. To use with your CRM, simply open Prospector+ Chrome Extension and then open your CRM in your browser.
In your CRM, navigate to the Accounts page and select a specific account; make sure the account you select includes an Account name and website. Prospector+ will automatically update and display a list of leads pulled from the account information in your CRM.

Linkedin: Go to a Company's homepage and then click the person icon on the extension.

Salesforce: Go to Accounts tab and then click the person icon on the extension.

Outreach: Go to Accounts tab and then click the person icon on the extension.

Hubspot: Go to the Companies tab and then click the person icon on the extension.

Salesloft: Go to the Contacts tab, select Accounts and then click the person icon on the extension.

Gong Engage: Go to Engage, select People and then click the person icon on the extension.

Please Note: If Prospector+ does not automatically update within 10 seconds, simply refresh the extension by clicking the Refresh icon at the top of the extension.


The leads listed are sorted by availability of verified contact data, however, you can filter the list by clicking the funnel icon above the list of leads. You can also view firmographic data by clicking the mobile phone icon above the list of leads.

To move on to another account, simply navigate to another account in your CRM and Prospector+ will automatically update with new account lead information.
