Email and Phone Quality are of paramount importance at LeadIQ, because they are of paramount importance to our customers. However, some customers want more coverage and are amenable to paying a cost in quality, while other customers want only the best quality and are prepared to pay a cost in terms of coverage.
As a product principle we leave this choice up to the customer and so allow you the choice of which quality you want to enrich for which purpose. This choice is expressed across our product lines.
Phone Quality
Higher Quality
This status represents the highest quality of phone numbers through our proprietary verification mechanisms that are above a certain threshold based on the signals we have obtained. However, there can be phone numbers in this group that are unscored, i.e., that we have not yet received scores for.
Please note: We recommend that you utilize this setting in your use cases as this will ensure for the phones we have scored, that you have the best as per our data.
All Numbers
This includes all of the phones in the above status, as well as phones that are below our threshold for quality. This status or setting can be used if coverage is the primary concern.
Email Quality
Verified
This means that the email has been confirmed by us as a trusted and working email via our proprietary verification methods.
Please Note: We recommend that you utilize this status in your use cases; LeadIQ cannot guarantee email deliverability for other statuses.
Verified Likely
This indicates that we cannot get conclusive verification signals from our standard verification process, often because the domain accepts all emails—even ones sent to non-existent users—so we cannot tell if the address is valid. However we have enough information from our historical data such that we believe the email is likely to be working
Unverified
This status indicates that we cannot get conclusive verification signals from our standard verification process and we do not have enough historical data to fully ascertain the validity of the email.
Email Unavailable
Email Unavailable appears when an email is detected as inaccurate or invalid and is removed from our database when the data analytics show that it is 100% incorrect or invalid.
