Lando is LeadIQ's AI agent, built directly into the Chrome Extension. He reads your CRM, understands any website you're browsing, and helps you find the right contacts — all through a simple conversation. No extra tabs, no copy-pasting, no manual data entry. Just ask him.

What Lando Can Do
CRM Context Awareness
Open Salesforce or HubSpot and Lando reads your data automatically — deal health, last activity, missing contacts, and open opportunities. You don't need to prompt him. Just ask "what's going on with this account?" and he'll tell you exactly what to do next.
Any-Website Prospecting
On a prospect's website and need to find the right person? Just ask Lando. He reads the page, searches LeadIQ's 750M+ profile database, and surfaces verified contacts that match your ICP — right inside the extension.
Verified Contact Data
Lando surfaces emails, mobile numbers, and org chart context that are re-verified monthly. LeadIQ maintains a 97.5% email delivery rate and 85% mobile match rate, so the data you get is data you can trust.
One-Command CRM Sync
Once you've found the right contact, tell Lando where to send them — Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or Gong. He enriches the record, syncs it, and logs the activity automatically. No switching tabs, no manual entry.
Champion Tracking
Lando monitors your key contacts in real time. The moment a champion or key buyer changes jobs, he flags it in the extension with their new contact info and a suggested outreach angle — so you can reconnect before a competitor does.
Natural Language Interface
There are no forms to fill out and no filters to set. Just tell Lando what you need in plain language and he figures out the rest.
How Lando Works
Getting started with Lando is simple:
Step 1 — Open the LeadIQ extension and click on Lando's icon while in Salesforce, on a prospect's website, or on LinkedIn. Lando automatically reads the context of the page you're on.
Step 2 — Ask him what you need. Try something like:
- "Find me the VP of Sales at this company."
- "What's the status on this account?"
- "Who are the decision makers here?"
Step 3 — Push it anywhere in one command. Tell Lando where to send the contact and he handles the rest — enriched, synced, and logged.

Lando works with the tools your team already uses:

Lando leverages the existing integrations permissions, as they are defined in LeadIQ. No extra permission scopes required. All integration interaction is being done on behalf of the already integrated user.
Customizing Lando
Admins and users can tailor Lando's behavior via User Menu → Agent Settings in the extension. From there you can set:
- Custom (Team & Personal) instructions — give Lando context about your team, ICP, or messaging guidelines
- Conversation starters — pre-configure prompts your team uses most often
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Lando work on any website? Yes — Lando can read and understand any webpage you're browsing, not just LinkedIn. Navigate to a company's website and ask him to find contacts there.

Where do I configure Lando's settings? Go to the User Menu (the circular avatar in the bottom right of the extension) and select Agent Settings.
Is Lando the same as the LeadIQ Support Chat Bot? No. The Support Chat Bot (accessible via the User Menu → Chat with Us) connects you with the LeadIQ support team. Lando is your AI prospecting agent — he helps you find contacts, understand accounts, and sync data to your CRM.
