Overview
LeadIQ is continuously auditing our contact database to ensure we remain GDPR-compliant. As data privacy laws continue to expand, we continue to develop features that provide you with the data you need, including publicly available phone numbers in the EMEA and APAC regions.
If an EMEA or APAC lead phone number isn't available, you can submit a Premium Search request from your LeadIQ Chrome extension. When you submit the data request, it will automatically be placed into our queue. When we publish the data you requested, you’ll receive an email and a notification in your LeadIQ account.
Please Note: Data requests are only conducted for contacts in EMEA or APAC and only apply to phone numbers, not emails. Data requests cannot be submitted for contacts outside of these regions.
Please Note: You will only be charged if we find the phone number and you choose to capture it.
Submitting a Premium Search Request
Step 1: If you find a contact without a number listed below Mobile Phones, the phone number is not already available in LeadIQ's database. If the contact is located in EMEA or APAC, there will be a Premium Search link visible.
Step 2. When you hover over the link, you will see a tooltip appear that provides more information about our Premium Search Request offering.
- Premium Search Requests will deduct one credit if the phone number is retrieved.
- You can expect to receive a response to your submission within 30 minutes.
- You will be emailed with the phone number if it is retrieved.
Step 3: When you select the Premium Search link, the link will be replaced with a Requested label.
Viewing Premium Search Results
Step 1. To see all of your Premium Search requests, navigate to the Q icon at the top left of the extension, click the arrow to open the dropdown menu, and select Phone Requests.
Step 2. In the Phone Fulfillment List window, you can see a list of numbers you requested and their status.
Step 3. If a phone number is retrieved as a result of your Premium Search request, you'll receive an email and a notification in your account regarding
Please Note: You will not receive an email or a notification if no data is found.
Step 4. You can view the data request results by either clicking the link in the email or reading the notification in your LeadIQ account.
NOTE: Step 6 is dependent on whether or not you captured the lead prior to submitting the data request. Follow the details below based on your situation.
Step 6. - For Captured Leads
If you captured the lead prior to submitting the data request, you are redirected to the contact's profile in your LeadiQ account. Next to Mobile Phone, you can now click Find Mobile Phone to see the lead's mobile phone number.
Step 6. - For Non-Captured Contacts
For leads not captured prior to submitting the data request, click View Lead Details. You will be redirected to the lead's LinkedIn page where you can now click Find Mobile Phone.
Notifications of found numbers will also appear in the Chrome extension, where you'll be given either the option to "View Lead" if a lead has been captured into the WebApp or "View in LinkedIn" if the lead has not yet been captured:
Through email: When a number is found, you will receive an email letting you know. When you click the CTA, the LeadIQ extension and LinkedIn profile of that prospect will be opened with the phone number auto-unlocked (a premium credit will be deducted). You can then hit "capture" to capture the phone number!
When you request phone numbers, you will receive a summary email at the end of each week so you can see which requests were fulfilled.
Manually Editing Phone Numbers
Step 1. To edit a phone number that is unavailable, you can hover over the "Not available. Premium Search" text, where you will be presented with a green box with white ellipses. Hover over the green box and choose the EDIT option.
Step 2. Enter your number and click on the green check icon to complete your edit.
Step 3. For a number that you have submitted a request for research, the number will display "Requested". You can edit this field as well by using the green box or by double-clicking the "Requested" text.
Automatic Premium Search Requests for EMEA and APAC regions
If this setting is turned off, you will continue to see the "Premium Search" link after you click Unlock. But if this is turned on, all captured contacts without an available phone will automatically have "Phone requested" already listed. This is because this setting automatically submits Premium Search requests whenever a captured contact is missing a phone number.
