Overview
We've updated the LeadIQ Chrome Extension with a cleaner, more intuitive design — and introduced Lando, your new AI agent built right into the browser. What's New in the Extension
A New Right-Hand Sidebar
The biggest change you'll notice is that navigation has moved to a vertical sidebar on the right side of the extension. This keeps the main content area focused on your prospects while giving you quick access to all the tools you need.
Here's a breakdown of every icon in the sidebar:

| Notification Bell | View your notifications |
| Prospector | Returns you to the Prospector homepage |
| AI Assistant (Lando) | Opens the Lando AI Assistant panel |
| Company Search | Search for a company by name or domain |
| Capture Custom Prospect | Opens the custom prospect capture screen |
| Scribe | Launches Scribe on supported pages (Gmail, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) |
| User Menu (Initials) | Access settings, support, and account info |
Settings Have Moved to the User Menu
The dedicated Settings page now lives inside the User Menu — the circular avatar in the bottom right corner of the extension. Click it to access:
- Your name & Credit Balance — next grant date and available credits at a glance
- Prospector Settings — configure export destinations (Save To), auto-unlock, and email quality preferences
- Agent Settings — customize Lando's behavior, including custom instructions and conversation starters
- Support — Chat with Us, Troubleshooter, Feedback, and LeadIQ Academy
- Build Version — useful when contacting support
Updated Tab Design
The Person, Company, and Insights tabs have been refreshed with a cleaner "Select Button" style, making it easier to switch context when viewing a prospect.
Open List Shortcut
Hovering over the List picker dropdown now reveals an Open in Web App button, letting you jump directly to the selected list in the LeadIQ web app.
Automations Bar
At the bottom of the extension, the Automations bar (previously "Saving To") shows icons for your connected tools. Hover over or click any icon to go directly to your Prospector settings for that integration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where did my Settings go? They've moved to the User Menu — click the circular avatar (showing your initials) in the bottom right corner of the extension.
What is the AI Assistant icon in the sidebar? That's Lando, LeadIQ's new AI prospecting agent. Click it to open the Lando panel and start a conversation. Learn more in Lando: Your AI Prospecting Agent.
Will my existing data and integrations still work? Yes — this is a UI and navigation update only. Your account, lists, and CRM integrations are unchanged.
Something looks off or isn't working. What should I do? Open the User Menu and select Troubleshooter for self-serve diagnostics, or click Chat with Us to reach our support team.
