With LeadIQ, you can capture contacts with just one click from any sales tool, minimizing manual work and maximizing prospecting time. For those who don't use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to capture leads, LeadIQ's Chrome extension allows you to capture contact data directly from LinkedIn, Outreach, and Salesforce.
In order to do this, you'll first need to make sure you have downloaded the LeadIQ Chrome Extension and have given LeadIQ permission to access your Salesforce and/or Outreach instance in the extension.
Using LeadIQ's Chrome Extension in Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Hubspot, or LinkedIn
Step 1: Open your Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Hubspot, or LinkedIn, and then open the LeadIQ Chrome extension.
Step 2: Once in your account, navigate to the account you want to capture contact data for.
Make sure the account you select contains the account name and company website URL – this is vital information for LeadIQ to pull.
Step 3: The LeadIQ Chrome extension auto-generates all contacts belonging to the selected account. (If it does not work after a few seconds, refresh your browser.)
Step 4: Once the contacts have been auto-generated, you can:
- Select the person icon and filter contacts by Name, Location, Function, Seniority, or Title
- Select the building icon and view the company firmographics
Step 5: To capture all contacts on this page in the extension (depending on the size of the company, there may be multiple pages of contacts), click Capture All to save. To capture a single contact, hover over the right side of the contact and select the sales tool icon you want to save to.
