How do I set up my HubSpot integration?
- Click on "Integrations" in the bottom left-hand corner
- Go to the HubSpot card and click "connect"
- You'll be asked to choose your HubSpot account
- LeadIQ will then request access to connect. Just click "connect".

Will LeadIQ automatically create contacts or companies?
Yes, LeadIQ will create a new contact or company when we don't detect an existing record in your HubSpot.
How does LeadIQ avoid duplicates being created in HubSpot?
LeadIQ checks your HubSpot for duplicates by looking for matching emails, names, and company domains. Learn more about our de-duplication in this help center article.
I captured someone before, and I now tried re-capturing and unlocking mobile phone information. Will it save to HubSpot?
Currently no. We are actively working on a feature to allow one-click update for HubSpot.
What does it mean when I see the HubSpot icon in the chrome extension?
When the HubSpot icon is visible, it indicates that LeadIQ has detected a record that may be a match to that prospect. By hovering over it, you can see what record(s) LeadIQ has found in your HubSpot and click on them to go straight to that record.
