Identifying Duplicates in HubSpot

Duplicate detection is where LeadIQ will register that a record already exists in your Hubspot instance. 

As you go through LinkedIn and load profiles on Identify, LeadIQ automatically detects if those prospects already exist in HubSpot and flags them with a HubSpot Icon.

LeadIQ detects duplicates based on:

1. Email
2. Name
3. Company Domain

Hovering on the HubSpot (duplicate) icon will show you duplicates in the order of email match, name and company domain match followed by name match.
