Configuring Your HubSpot Integration

With our HubSpot integration, you can set up custom field mapping, create new contacts, and update existing records—all right from your LeadIQ account. 

Please Note: To connect and configure the HubSpot integration, you'll need to be a LeadIQ Admin with App Marketplace access permissions. Once the integration has been set up, it will be available for all users on your LeadIQ account. 

 

Connect HubSpot to LeadIQ 

Step 1: Navigate to the LeadIQ web app and click Settings.

Step 2: On the Settings page, under My Settings, click Integrations

Step 3: On the Integrations page, navigate to the HubSpot card and click Connect

Step 4: Select your HubSpot account and click Connect

On the HubSpot Settings page, there are several configuration options available.

Team Resync

If you've made changes to your HubSpot configuration, click Resync to update your HubSpot and LeadIQ accounts to reflect those changes.

Automatic Company Creation

When saving a new contact, LeadIQ will look for an existing company to save the contact to. If no company exists, LeadIQ can create one.

Click the checkbox if you would like LeadIQ to create a contact company in HubSpot when no existing company can be found.

Override Contact Ownership

When a team member exports a contact, they can either become its owner or leave the ownership unchanged. 

Click the checkbox if you would like LeadIQ to change contact ownership in HubSpot.

Automatic Record Matching

For multiple matching records, LeadIQ will automatically select the record that fulfills the criteria for each option:

Region - this field refers to country grouping regions, such as EMEA or APAC, or subregions, such as North America

Country - in this field, you should enter the full country name (United Kingdom) or the 2-digit country code (UK)

Record Owner - click the checkbox for this option if you would like LeadIQ to consider the HubSpot owner when selecting from multiple accounts or prospects

Field Mappings

You can also map LeadIQ fields to HubSpot Contacts and Companies fields. These mapped fields would be used when exporting leads to HubSpot. You can also set up the One-Click Update feature when mapping these fields.
