Salesforce One Click Update

• Settings for One Click Update are now available under Salesforce Export Field Mappings.

Update if Better for field Mobile Phone

• If you are using Salesforce, a new option is available for field Mobile Phone when using One Click Update. The option Update if Better allows LeadIQ to update Mobile Phone if the quality of your existing phone number is inferior to what LeadIQ has. Here is how we measure this accuracy.

Data Police Refunds

• When you submit the report for an inaccurate number, we automatically verify the submitted report and if the report is accurate, we issue a refund for a premium credit.

Salesforce Account Tracking Job

• You can now submit a list of accounts to monitor:
  • New contacts who join the account AND match their ICP/Persona
  • Existing contacts within the account who have a role change AND match their ICP/Persona

Contact Tracking: Job Skipped Reason

• If a Contact Tracking Job is skipped, the associated error message is now displayed on the “Response Body” field within the entry in the transaction log.
