Phone Quality Governance Setting

• Admins can now choose between:
  • Higher quality phones i.e. scores above 60+ all unscored numbers (coverage ~ 90% of all available phones)
  • All phones (Coverage 100% of all available phones)

Apply-All for “Add Domain To Capture”

• Users can apply a manually entered domain to all matching prospects from a company.

Phone Request UX Improvements

• Premium search waterfall integrated into unlock flow
• 75% of numbers arrive within 5 seconds; fallback request takes up to 15 minutes
• Increases mobile number coverage for paying users

Departures is Back 

• Tracks when a person leaves a company (based on Contact Tracking report)

Improved Email Notifications (previously called Owner Notifications)

• Expanded flexibility for Track email notifications to:
  • Allow the ability to set up multiple notifications
  • Allow the ability to add user fields in TO from Lead/Contact/Account records 
• Added analytics for Email Notifications for Mixpanel reporting

Data Quality Update: IQ Personal Phone 

• Now pulls highest-scored verified number instead of first verified number
