LeadIQ Refresh Scheduled Enrichments

Using LeadIQ Refresh, you can schedule one or more enrichments that will allow you to update the entire database of Leads, Contacts, and Accounts with the most up-to-date IQ data on the day and time selected. These are configured and set up by the Salesforce administrator.

Default filter: IQ Last Enriched On - Is Greater Than - 7 days ago

The operation "And" and the Data Types below will be the only ones supported at the moment.

- Date
- Datetime
- Number
- Currency
- Boolean
- Text
- URL
- Picklist (single)

For Date / Datetime data types, the available operators are

- Equals
- Is Greater Than
- Is Less Than
- Between

Example 1: IQ Last Enriched On Is Greater Than 7 Days ago means we’ll look for records whose last enriched date is older than 7 days ago. If a record was updated a week ago, it won’t be part of the enrichment that will run today.

Example 2: IQ Last Enriched On Is Greater Than Custom Date 1 September 2022 means that we’ll look for records whose last enriched date is after that date - i.e. 2 September 2022 till today.

Example 3: IQ Last Enriched On Is Less Than 7 Days ago means that we’ll look for records whose last enriched date is more recent than 7 days ago. If a record was updated 8 days ago, it won’t be part of the enrichment that will run today.

Example 4: IQ Last Enriched On Is Less Than Custom Date 1 September 2022 means that we’ll look for records whose last enriched date is before that date - i.e. days up to 31 August 2022.

5. Day of Week

Monday - Sunday

6. Hour of Day

We recommend having a gap of 3 hours between two schedule enrichments to avoid clashes. For example 12am, 3am, 6am etc.

Enter a number between 10k - 50k.
