What it Does

This setting allows Admins to proactively prevent duplicates from being added to a preset cadence. This reduces the risk of single prospects receiving duplicate automated emails and also keeps Salesloft cleaner, avoiding the need for manual data cleanup. 

Why it is Important 

Duplicates can create havoc in a system of record, and proactively preventing duplicates is an essential step to supporting CRM cleanliness. This setting empowers Admins to prevent duplicates proactively, therefore avoiding the need to manually clean up Salesloft data.
