How does LeadIQ use our data for training Scribe?
Currently, Scribe does not use any of our customers’ personal data to train our models. We only use positive or negative user feedback, for example, if a user copies or edits a message that is taken as positive feedback and disliking a message is negative feedback. This feedback is used to present better and more relevant content to our users.
Future developments:
We have plans to use the following user inputted data for training Scribe and to improve the emails we generate. The improvements to our training model will be shared across all users so all our customers will benefit.
- Your company name - this is used solely to personalize your Scribe emails, for example, to introduce your company. Your company name is not shared with our other customers.
- Value proposition(s) set up by you on Scribe’s web app.
- Email messages generated by Scribe and any edits made by you within Scribe.
Opt-Out:
Customers can opt out of sharing any data for training Scribe by reaching out to their Customer Success Manager and making the request. However, we will still use positive/negative feedback from users to decide on their message preferences. This will be powered by LeadIQ’s proprietary system and not a third-party service.

Does LeadIQ share our data with OpenAI?
