Using Scribe Email Openers

Scribe Email Openers allow you to generate six (6) personalized 1 to 2-sentence email introductions for each prospect. This feature can be especially helpful for those times when you just want to generate an email opener rather than a full email using Scribe.
Please Note: Before using Scribe Email Openers, you must enable Scribe Anywhere in the LeadIQ Chrome Extension. For the best results, you may also want to enable the Personas feature.
Generate Scribe Email Openers
Step 1: Open LinkedIn and navigate to a prospect profile. On the right side of the page, click the green envelope icon to open the Scribe pop-up screen.
Step 2: At the bottom of the pop-up screen, click Openers. On the Openers tab, Scribe automatically generates six (6) Scribe email openers for the prospect based on various data points, such as work history, company description, job postings, and more.
Step 3. To use one of the email openers, navigate to the top-right of the specific opener you want to use and click the documents (copy) icon to copy the opener text.
If there is an email opener you don't like, you can navigate to the top-right of the specific opener and click the thumbs-down icon to remove it and teach Scribe which types of email openers you prefer.
You can also update the AI instruction by navigating to the bottom right corner of the specific opener and clicking the gray pencil icon.
Enter the instructions and click Save and Generate to generate a new set of email openers.
Step 4: Paste the opener text into a LinkedIn message, an email, or the communication tool of your choice. From there, add additional text as needed and send your message.
Once you've completed your message, click send, and you're done!
