Scribe Dashboards

Scribe Dashboards are viewable by Manager and Admin roles that have a LeadIQ Enterprise plan.

Two easy-to-access reports are available for Scribe managers on the Dashboard page of the LeadIQ webapp. These would be the Scribe Usage Dashboard and the Scribe Performance Dashboard.

The Scribe Usage Dashboard

The Scribe Usage Dashboard provides detailed information about the product’s usage to help you keep track of usage details such as the Total Number of Emails that have been generated, Number of Credits that your team has used and the Total Number of Prospects to date.

The Scribe Performance Dashboard

The Scribe Performance Dashboard provides you with information about the product’s effectiveness. You can see important details about the Open Rate of the Emails that have been sent and the Reply Rate for these emails to help you stay on top of things!
