Managing Your Credits

If your LeadIQ Admin allows you to customize how you spend your Standard and Premium credits, you can make those customizations in your LeadIQ account extension.


On the Extension Homepage

Step 1: Open your LeadIQ extension. When you pull a list of leads, you can see two icons at the top right of the extension: a phone icon and an email icon.


Step 2: To unlock all work and personal emails, repeat this process with the email icon. To automatically unlock all work and mobile phones while prospecting, click the phone icon

Please Note: If you select to unlock all phones including mobile, premium credits will automatically be used for each available mobile phone number when captured, which may use up your monthly premium credits very quickly.


On the Extension Settings Page

Alternatively, you can manage your credits from the Settings page in the extension. 
Step 1: Open your LeadIQ extension. Click the arrow next to the Q icon at the top left of the extension. Select Settings from the dropdown menu. 
Step 2: On the Settings page, navigate to the Automatic Data Unlock Section and select the data checkbox(es) you would like the extension to automatically unlock while you are prospecting.
