It's always a good idea to know how many credits you have when you start your workday. You can check how many standard and premium credits you currently have from your LeadIQ extension or from your web app account.

From the Extension 

On the Extension Window

Log into your LeadIQ extension and scroll down to the bottom of the extension window. From there, you can see how many standard and premium credits you have left.

On the Settings Page

Alternatively, you can see how many credits you have left by accessing the Settings page in the extension. 

Step 1: Log into your LeadIQ extension. On the left side of the page, click the Q icon and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: On the Settings page, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you can see the number of Current Standard Credits and the number of Premium Credits you have.

From the Web App

Step 1: Log into your LeadIQ account. On the left side of the page, scroll to the bottom of the menu and click your initial.

Step 2: On the Settings tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you will see the number of Premium Credits you have remaining and when they will be refreshed.

Please Note: If you are prospecting and receive an Insufficient Credits error message, it means that you've used up all of your credits for the month. You will either have to wait until your credits are replenished in the next billing cycle or ask your LeadIQ administrator for additional credits to be added to your account.
