Using Your Credits
Premium and Standard credits are the currency you use to unlock lead information in LeadIQ. For more information about these credit types and how they're used, see Credits Overview.
Your LeadIQ Admin determines how many credits you receive on a monthly basis. Admins also determine whether your credit spend is automatically set up for you, or whether you are able to manually manage your credit spending. For more information on how your credit spend is managed, see Managing Your Credits.
In the extension, you can see credits being used under each lead you capture.
If Your LeadIQ Admin Manages Your Credit Spending
Step 1: While in your LeadIQ extension, pull a list of leads. Once your leads are loaded in the extension, you'll see that each lead shows a mobile phone icon. Click Capture or Capture All.
Step 2: Once you click Capture or Capture All, you'll see that all available mobile phone numbers have been unlocked and are displayed now.
If Your LeadIQ Admin Allows You to Manage Your Own Credit Spending
Step 1: While in your LeadIQ extension, pull a list of leads. Once your leads are loaded in the extension, you'll see that each lead shows a mobile phone icon.
Step 2: Once you click Capture or Capture All, hover over the mobile phone icon of a specific lead and click Unlock Mobile to see their personal mobile phone number.
Please Note: If you are prospecting and receive an Insufficient Credits error message, it means that you've used up all of your credits for the month. You will either have to wait until your credits are replenished in the next billing cycle or ask your LeadIQ Administrator for additional credits to be added to your account.
