Viewing Sync Statuses in Lists
If you've captured a lead but you do not see that it was sent to your integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc), visit the List section of our site and find the lead in question inside the list.
Once there, you can scroll to the right and view the sync status columns. These will show you a warning symbol next to Error if there was an error, an integration icon next to Synced, or Export if the lead was not configured to be automatically exported over to your integration:
To see what the error message is, simply hover over the symbol and it will display a popup message stating why the lead was not synced over, as seen in this example:
