Data Metrics Dashboard

Data Metrics Dashboard

Step 1: Log into the LeadIQ web app and navigate to the Dashboard icon on the left side of the screen. 

Step 2: Select the Data Metrics tab to see the following reports: 

• Mobile Phones - Total and Successful Unlocks 
• Mobile Phones by Group 
• Mobile Phones - by Prospect's Country (Top 10)
• Email Engagement Activity - Estimated Monthly Bounce Rates
• Email Engagement activity by Group 
• Email Engagement activity - by Prospect's Country (Top 10) 
• Monthly User Stats

Filters

To view additional information in either of the reports, simply hover over a bar in the displayed chart. Several filter options can be applied to both reports.

Options include:

• Customizable date range
• Preset time periods: 
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Last 180 days
  • Last 360 days
• Group
• Prospect's Region
• Prospect's Country
• User's Email

For more detailed analytics on mobile unlocks, hover over the area under User's Email and select Analyze It when the text appears.

The Analyze It menu includes two options: Explanations and Trends. 

• Explanations: Select from the options to open a popup window with the explanation, and then select a point in the chart to view more details, including Anomalies and Breaking Points: 
  • Total Unlocks
  • Successful Unlocks
  • % Success Rate
• Trend: Select from the options to open the Trend toggle, Information, and Settings menus: 
  • Total Unlocks
  • Successful Unlocks
  • % Success Rate

To download or print any of the reports, click the three dots icon to open the print/download menu. You can download as an image or as a CSV file.
