Prospecting Hub Dashboard
Step 1: Log into the LeadIQ web app and navigate to the Dashboard icon on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: Select the Prospect Usage tab to see the following reports:
- Active Users
- Prospects Captured
- Credits Used
- Captures - Top 20 Users
- Credits - Top 20 Users
- Prospects Synced
- Prospect Sync Issues - Top 10 Reasons
- Captures by Seniority - Top Accounts
- Day of Week - Capture Activity by Groups
- User Stats - Over Time Period of Choice
- Group Stats - Over Time Period of Choice
- Sessions per day - Top 20 Users
- Captures Per Session - Top 20 Users
Filters
To filter the analytics being shown in these reports, enter information in one or more of the following field options near the top of the page:
- Managed By
- Group
- Country
- User's Email
Please Note: Depending on your role, you may have a different default view of these analytics reports. For example, if you are a Sales Manager, by default, you will only see analytics for your team. Alternatively, if you are a LeadIQ Admin, you will be able to view all analytics for all users.
Some reports provide additional information with the Analyze It functionality. If you would like more information about a particular report, hover over the top right of the report and click Analyze It, then click Trend.
Toggle the Trend option to the right (On) position, then select either Trend Information or Trend Settings.
To download or print any of the reports, click the three dots icon to open the print/download menu. You can download as an image or as a CSV file.
To go back to the default (daily) view, click the x icon at the top-left of the report to reset the view.
