Premium Search for EMEA and APAC regions:

If a contact is located in the EMEA or APAC regions and their phone number is listed as Not Found, users can submit a Premium Search request, and we will scan various sources to retrieve the number. Users can expect a response within 30 minutes with the search results, and one credit is deducted if the number is retrieved.
All paid users have access to this feature; however, this feature is targeted at EMEA and APAC-based users, as we only offer Premium Search for contacts located in those regions.

Create Contact if Account Exists, Otherwise Lead:

A new Salesforce saving option that allows users to save as Contact when an Account exists, otherwise a Lead is created. This is useful when the automatic account creation is disabled.

Status Mapping for Hubspot:

Admins can now map values from their HubSpot instance to be displayed on the extension such as Last Activity Date, Lead/Account Status, or Current Customer.

Include/Exclude criteria added to Web Search:

Length and Tone settings for Scribe Messages:

On Guide Mode, users can now edit properties of a Message (length/tone/instructions) prior to generating messages.

Simplified Opener Instructions:

Instructions for openers are now standalone and not tied to personas within Scribe.
