Changing Your Subscription Plan

As a LeadIQ Admin, you can modify your Freemium, Essential, or Pro subscription plan at any time in the LeadIQ web app.
Please Note: These features are not available for those with an Enterprise subscription plan. If you have an Enterprise plan and would like to make changes, you can either contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or reach out to our Support Team to create a custom plan that's right for you.
Managing Your Plan
Step 1: Log into the LeadIQ web app, and on the left-side menu, select Settings.
Step 2: On the My Account page, on the left-side sub-menu, select Manage Plan.
Step 3: On the Manage Plan page, there are several options to choose from:
Upgrading or Changing Your Plan
Select this option to upgrade or downgrade your current subscription plan or to change your billing frequency. Note that if you change your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, the date that you make the change becomes your new recurring billing and credit refresh date, and the new billing amount will be prorated within the current billing cycle. Select a New Plan - Subscription Plan
On this page, you can change your subscription plan by selecting one of the displayed plan options. If you select an upgraded plan, new features associated with that upgraded plan are enabled immediately. If you downgrade your plan, your current plan features will remain until your next billing cycle.
Select a New Plan - Monthly / Annual
To change your billing frequency, use the toggle to change your current plan from monthly to annual, or from annual to monthly. If you upgrade or change your plan, the day you make the change will become your new recurring billing and credit refresh date. Changes made in the midst of a billing cycle will be prorated within the current billing cycle.
Cancel Your Plan
If you would like to cancel your subscription plan, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Click Here to Cancel.
