Purchasing & Removing Licenses

As a LeadIQ Admin, you can add or remove licenses within your Freemium, Essential, or Pro subscription plan at any time in the LeadIQ web app.

Please Note: Some of these features are not available for those with an Enterprise subscription plan. If you have an Enterprise plan with more than 5 licenses and would like to make changes, you should contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager to create a custom-built plan for your team's needs.

Managing Your Licenses

Step 1: Log into the LeadIQ web app, and on the left-side menu, select Settings.

Step 2: On the My Account page, on the left-side sub-menu, select Manage Plan.  

Step 3: On the Manage Plan page, you can see your current plan, the number of licenses you currently have, and the purchase price for each additional license.

 

Adding Licenses

Please note if you are a Gong Edition customer, this feature is not available to you. To add licenses, please contact your Customer Success Manager or your Sales contact directly.  

Monthly Plan

Step 1: To add licenses to your plan, enter the number of licenses you want to purchase in the field provided. This amount will be automatically reflected under Total Licenses.  

Step 2: Next to Total Due Today, you can see the total cost for the additional licenses that will be added to your account. Below that amount, under Price Details, you can see the total amount you will be charged in your next billing cycle.

Please note that the cost for the added licenses will be prorated and added to your current billing cycle, and the amount displayed under Price Details will be the amount due at your next billing cycle. 

Step 3: Select Order Now to confirm your purchase. 

Annual Plan

Please note that if you have an Annual Enterprise subscription with fewer than 5 licenses, you may only purchase additional licenses that bring your total number up to 5. To purchase additional licenses totaling more than 5, you should reach out to our Sales Team at sales@leadiq.com

Removing Licenses

Monthly or Annual Plan

To remove licenses from your plan, you should reach out to your Customer Success Manager or submit a request to our Support Team by selecting the Submit a Request option at the top right of this page.
