Unable to Connect to Salesforce

There are a couple potential errors you might encounter when trying to connect LeadIQ to Salesforce from the Integrations page (https://account.leadiq.com/app/integrations/).
These errors are distinguished from one another by their text. Please search this article for the text of the error you are seeing.
1. "Sorry, an error occurred. Please contact support@leadiq.com for any questions"
This means that LeadIQ is being blocked from connecting to Salesforce via OAuth.
Follow these steps in Salesforce:
- Click Setup
- Use the search field on the left to find "Connected Apps OAuth Usage"
- Under "Connected Apps OAuth Usage", find LeadIQ
- Unblock LeadIQ
2. "message":"An error occurred processing your request"
This probably means you need to relax your IP restrictions in Salesforce.
Follow these steps in Salesforce:
- Click Setup in the gear symbol in the top right.
- Use the search field on the left hand side to find "Manage Connected Apps",
- Click LeadIQ in the list of apps, then click Edit Policies.
- Under IP Relaxation, select "Relax IP Restrictions".
