Frequently Asked Questions
How do I upload my Account list to Prospecting Hub
- Uploading Accounts to your Watchlist on Track is easy. There are a couple of ways to add Accounts on LeadIQ Track:
- The first method is to manually click on the “+Add” button under Accounts to the left of the page to add an individual account.
- Alternatively, you can do a bulk upload of Accounts with a CSV file containing both the Account Name and Domain. Click on the “Update Watchlist” button on the top right of the page.
- Please refer to this support article for more information: Uploading Accounts on Track
How do I remove an Account from my list
- You can easily remove Accounts on your list individually by clicking on the “Remove” button when you hover over the account on the left side panel.
- If you want to replace a large amount of accounts you can re-upload a new CSV under the “Update Watchlist” button. Keep in mind that uploading a new CSV will override what is already in Track.
Can I see prospects who have been promoted?
- At the top of the Track page you can select from 3 different views to see prospects who have joined your targeted accounts, prospects who have left your targeted accounts, and those who have been promoted
Can I filter my prospects so I only see relevant titles or past customers?
- You can filter your prospects on the right side panel. You will have options to filter by past customers (any Accounts in Salesforce that have a closed-won opportunity attached) as well individual prospect filters such as Title, Seniority, and Function.
Can I access a prospect’s LinkedIn profile from Prospecting Hub Signal Tracking?
- You can easily access your prospect’s LinkedIn profile by clicking on the LinkedIn icon next to their name.
Where do my prospects save when I capture from Signal Tracking in Prospecting Hub?
- Capturing from Track works similarly to the LeadIQ Extension. Currently Track integrates with Salesforce, Outreach, and Salesloft. When you have your sales engagement platform connected you can save directly into your selected Outreach sequence (or Salesloft Cadence).
