Overview: Account Tracking in Data Hub
browse
Account Tracking in Data Hub allows you to submit a list of accounts to LeadIQ and we'll identify and provide back a list of leads or contacts who:
- Have joined or had a title change in those accounts, and
- Match your company's ICP/Persona
By automatically tracking for contacts who fit the ideal customer profile or specific personas, we allow our customers to maintain up-to-date and relevant contact information effortlessly.
This feature will enable timely and proactive engagement with high-value contacts who have transitioned to new roles or companies, ensuring continuity in relationships and maximizing business opportunities.
Account Tracking was introduced in the LeadIQ Salesforce package in Nov 2024 with the release of v1.77.
How does Account Tracking in Data Hub work?
Users will be asked to create an Account Tracking job in Salesforce comprising a list of accounts and some user-defined preferences for generating results. See this article for the setup process.
How long does an Account Tracking job take to run?
An Account Tracking job can vary on a number of factors including the number of input Account records. But a reasonable expectation is for it to complete under a maximum of 72 hours. Most Account Tracking jobs will process sooner than that.
What is the limit for an Account Tracking job?
An Account Tracking job has an input limit of 1,000 Accounts.
How are Contacts found for an Account?
LeadIQ is ingesting and analyzing large amounts of data everyday from our users' searches, data partners, and proprietary sources. This allows us to keep our data accurate while also allowing us to quickly identify contacts who have joined or had job changes within each company.
What kind of Contact data is provided?
We are currently providing work emails, work email statuses, and mobile phones.
Is there a limit on Accounts that can be tracked?
Yes, up to 1000 accounts may be tracked per job. Additionally, for each account, a maximum of 1000 contacts will be returned if a user has not specified a limit during the Account Tracking set up process.
Where does LeadIQ source this data from?
Our data comes from two sources:
- Our LeadIQ User Community
- Data partners
LeadIQ verifies data in real-time when used alongside LinkedIn Sales Navigator. When we detect a contact has a new title and/or is at a new company during this verification process, it triggers a job change within our database. We also supplement this data through data partnerships, which allows us to expand our coverage for our customers.
