Step 1:

Navigate to the Lead and Contact Objects

Add the fields "IQ Phone Status" and "IQ Work Email Status" to List layouts and the LeadIQ Detail Page Layout.  Ideally place next to IQ Personal Phone and IQ Work Email fields as these indicate the quality status for these fields.



Step 2:


Navigate to the "IQ Tracking" Custom Object.  Add Phone Status and Work Email Status fields to List Layouts and Detail Page Layouts

After this upgrade, the following steps need to be performed to add widgets to the Account Tracking dashboards.

Step 1: Configure View Access

In the LeadIQ Salesforce app, when you first click on LeadIQ Dashboards --> Account Tracking Dashboards, you will see the following error message. 

 

In order for the dashboards to be visible to your users, we'll have to configure 'View' access to the dashboard using the following steps. 

  1. Click on the App Launcher (top left corner under 'LeadIQ' logo)
  2. Search and select Dashboards


  3. On the Account Tracking Metrics row, click the dropdown arrow and click Edit.
  4. Click on the gear icon on top right
  5. In the Dashboard Properties --> View Dashboard As section, select 'Me' and click Save

 

Step 2: Add Widgets To Dashboard

Adding the report: 

  • Repeat the steps to add a new report by clicking + Widget --> Chart or Table
  • Click All Folders on the left hand side navigation
  • Search for and select CT Dashboard folder
  • Find the report called AT and click Select to add it to the dashboard

Customizing the Widget: 

  • Change Display As to 123 type chart
  • Change Measure field to % Job Change
  • Update Title field to LeadIQ - % Job Changes
  • Update Footer field to No. of company change / total job changes found
  • Optional: Select Widget Theme = Dark
  • Click Add

Adding the report: 

  • Repeat the steps to add a new report by clicking + Widget --> Chart or Table
  • Click All Folders on the left-hand side navigation

  • Find the report called Contacts Created / Updated by AT and click Select to add it to the dashboard

10. Adding LeadIQ - Job Changes Detected By Month widget

Adding the report: 

  • Repeat the steps to add a new report by clicking + Widget --> Chart or Table
  • Click All Folders on the left-hand side navigation
  • Search for and select CT Dashboard folder
  • Find the report called IQ Account Tracking Report and click Select to add it to the dashboard

Customizing the Widget: 

  • Change Display As to what's shown in the image below 
  • Change Y-Axis to IQ Tracking: Created Date 
  • Uncheck Sort Legend Values
  • Update Title field to LeadIQ - Job Changes Detected By Month
  • Optional: Select Widget Theme = Dark
  • Click Add

11. Adding LeadIQ- Lead Conversion Attributed to AT widget

Adding the report: 

  • Repeat the steps to add a new report by clicking + Widget --> Chart or Table
  • Click All Folders on the left-hand side navigation
  • Search for and select CT Dashboard folder
  • Find the report called Lead Conversion Attributed to AT and click Select to add it to the dashboard

Customizing the Widget: 

  • Change X-Axis to % Conversion
  • Update Title field to LeadIQ- Lead Conversion Attributed to AT
  • Optional: Select Widget Theme = Dark
  • Click Add

12. Adding LeadIQ - Opportunities Closed/Won % Attributed to AT widget

Adding the report: 

  • Repeat the steps to add a new report by clicking + Widget --> Chart or Table
  • Click All Folders on the left-hand side navigation
  • Search for and select CT Dashboard folder
  • Find the report called Oppty Closed/Won % Attributed to AT and click Select to add it to the dashboard

Customizing the Widget: 

  • Change X-Axis to % Closed Won
  • Update Title field to LeadIQ - Opportunities Closed/Won % Attributed to AT
  • Optional: Select Widget Theme = Dark
  • Click Add

13. Adding LeadIQ - Opportunities Closed/Won Amount Attributed to AT widget

Adding the report: 

  • Repeat the steps to add a new report by clicking + Widget --> Chart or Table
  • Click All Folders on the left-hand side navigation
  • Search for and select CT Dashboard folder
  • Find the report called Oppty Closed/Won amt % Attributed to AT and click Select to add it to the dashboard

Customizing the Widget: 

  • Change Display As to the following type 
  • Update Title field to LeadIQ - Opportunities Closed/Won Amount Attributed to AT
  • Optional: Select Widget Theme = Dark
  • Click Add

Version 1.80 

After this upgrade, the following steps need to be performed to add Lead-Contact-Account created by flow to the IQ Tracking Record Page.

  1. Navigate to the Object Manager tab and in the Quick Find field, type "IQ Tracking". 
  2. Select IQ Tracking from the results. 
  3. On the IQ Tracking page, under the Details column on the left side of the page, select Page Layouts
  4. On the Page Layouts page, select IQ Contact Tracking Layout.
  5. On the next page, in the IQ Contact Tracking Layout box, type "lead created by flow" in the Quick Find box. 
  6. Select Lead created by Flow and drag it down and drop it into the IQ Tracking Detail section. 
  7. Navigate back to the Quick Find field and type "contact created by" and select Contact created by flow and drag it down to the IQ Tracking Detail section and drop it beneath Lead created by Flow
  8. Navigate back to the Quick Find field and type "account created by" and select Account created by flow and drag it down to the IQ Tracking Detail section and drop it beneath Contact created by Flow
  9. Navigate to the top of the IQ Tracking Detail box and select Save
  10. On the LeadIQ page, select Accounts, then on the All Accounts page, select an account to view Details and Account Hierarchy information.
  11. On the LeadIQ page, select Accounts, then on the All Accounts page, select an account to view Details and Lead created by Flow, Contact created by Flow, and Account created by Flow information.

 

Version 1.79

After this upgrade, the following steps need to be performed to add Account Hierarchy to the Account Object.

  1. Navigate to the Object Manager tab and in the Quick Find field, type "account". 
  2. On the Account page, under the Details list, select Page Layouts.
  3. In the IQ Account Layout box, on the Fields tab, under Quick Find, select Section, and drag it and drop into the Account Information section.
  4. In the Section Properties popup, enter "Account Hierarchy" in the Section Name field. Click OK to save.
  5. Navigate back to the IQ Account Layout box, on the Fields tab, in the Quick Find field enter "LeadIQ".
  6. From the results, select IQ Parent Name, and drag it and drop into the Account Hierarchy section.
  7.  Then go back up to the IQ Account Layout box, select IQ Is Global Parent, and drag it and drop into the Account Hierarchy section. 
  8.  Then go back up to the IQ Account Layout box, select IQ Global Parent ID, and drag it and drop into the Account Hierarchy section. 
  9. Navigate to the top of the IQ Account Layout box and Save.
  10. Once the page is saved, navigate to the top left of of the page, select the App Launcher icon and in the search field, enter "LeadIQ" and select the LeadIQ app. 
  11. On the LeadIQ page, select Accounts, then on the All Accounts page, select an account to view Details and Account Hierarchy information.

Detailed steps for each of the above changes are noted below.

Version 1.78 

December, 2024

Users upgrading to v1.78 from older versions will need to perform manual steps to achieve the following:

  1. Remove the widget for Contact credit Used from the Refresh Dashboard
  2. Add LeadIQ - Account Hierarchy fields to Account Object
  3. Add IQ Education Field to Lead or Contact
  4. Add Filter Stage = Closed Won for the Oppty Closed Won Report in Contact Tracking

Detailed steps for each of the above changes are noted below.

 

1. Remove the widget for Contact credit Used from the Refresh Dashboard

  • Go to LeadIQ Dashboards --> Refresh Dashboard
  • Click 'Open'

 

  • On the next screen, click 'Edit'

 

  • Click 'x' on the widget called Contacts Credits Used
  • Click 'Save'

 

 

2. Add LeadIQ - Account Hierarchy fields to Account Object's Page Layout

  • Go to Setup

 

  • Click on Object Manager
  • Type in 'Account' in the search bar
  • Click Account in the list below
  • Select Page Layout on the left hand column
  • Click IQ Account Layout

 

  • Drag Section component to the desired location on the page layout
  • Name the section LeadIQ - Account Hierarchy
  • Click OK to save

 

  • Search for the newly added IQ fields for Account Hierarchy and drag them to the newly added section. The new fields are: 
    • IQ Parent ID
    • IQ Parent Name
    • IQ Global Parent ID
    • IQ Global Parent Name
    • IQ Is Global Parent?

 

  • Once all the fields have been added, click Save

 

 

3. Add IQ Education field to Contact and Lead Objects' Page Layout

The steps below outline the process to add IQ Education to the Lead object's page layout. The same steps can be replicated to add this field on the Contact object's page layout.

  • Go to Setup

 

  • Click on Object Manager
  • Type in 'Lead' (or Contact) in the search bar
  • Click Lead (or Contact) in the list below

 

  • Select Page Layout on the left hand column
  • Click IQ Lead Layout

 

  • Search for IQ Education in the Quick Find search bar
  • Drag the field to the desired location on the page 
  • Click Save

 

4. Add Filter Stage = Closed Won for the Oppty Closed Report in CT 

  • On the Reports page, click on All Reports on the left-side column
  • On the search bar, type CT Dashboard
  • Click the CT Dashboard folder
  • Within the CT Dashboard folder, click Oppty Closed/Wom amt % Attributed to CT

      
  • Click Edit
  • On the left-side, add a new filter Stage = Closed Won
  • Click Apply
  • Click Save

 

Version 1.72

Users upgrading from an older version will need to manually change the title of the Contact Tracking Dashboard and Report and manually add reports to their dashboard.

1. Go to Dashboards > Contact Tracking Dashboards and click Open

2. Click Edit and click the pencil on the widget you would like to edit the title. Scroll to Title and change the name then click Update. Back on the Dashboard page click Save.

2. Click Open under Contact Tracking Dashboards and click Edit. Select Add Widget.

4. Back on the Dashboard page modify how you want your widget to look or be placed at and then click Done.

1. Click Track and select Scheduled Jobs

Version 1.59 (Required)

The user who logs in to Refresh must also have their Salesforce integration connected on the webapp. Please follow the steps outlined below or watch the video tutorial here

1. Login to Leadiq.com via the web

2. Click Settings > Integrations > Salesforce Connect > login with your Salesforce credentials. 

3. The same email must be used when signing in to the Refresh app on Salesforce.

Salesforce admins will need to replace the IQ Enrich Now button. Please follow the steps outlined below or watch the video tutorial here

1. Go to SF Setup > Object Manager > Account

2. Click on List View Button Layout in side menu

3. Click on down button > Edit

4. Remove existing IQ Enrich Now button from Selected Buttons group

5. Add IQ Enrich Now button from Available Buttons to Selected Buttons group

6. Click Save and repeat steps 1-6 for Contact and Lead

Version 1.44

We will be discontinuing Hourly Enrichment and it will no longer be supported. For users who have already enabled it, the feature will continue to operate in the background as usual. If you wish to disable it, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Go to Salesforce Setup

2. Search for "Scheduled Jobs" in search bar

3. In the Scheduled Jobs list, scroll to find "IQ Hourly Enrichment" job

4. Click on "Del" link to delete the job

Version 1.39

Dashboard

We’ve introduced a new dashboard that displays match rates, the number of records enriched by object, and other key metrics. System admins will have automatic access to this dashboard and can access it by searching "Dashboard" on the App Launcher. They can share it with standard users by sharing the “Refresh” report folder and the “Refresh” dashboards folder. Please follow the steps outlined below or watch the video tutorial here

2. Select All Reports and search for Refresh Folder. Click the drop down option and select Share.

4. Click on the App Launcher and search for Dashboards and repeat steps 1-3 for Dashboard Refresh Folder

While system admins have the ability to edit both dashboards and reports, note that certain data points such as Credits Used, First Time Enrichment, and Re-enrichment, are available only from this version onward; therefore, no historical data will be visible for these reports prior to the install date.

Additionally, Company Credits and Contact Credits are now included in the Transaction Logs. Existing customers will need to manually add these fields to their page layout to view them. 

 

Technographics Enrichment

You can now enrich up to 10 technologies on Accounts. Go to the LeadIQ Setup > Enrichment Settings tab to choose the technologies you want to track. If an Account uses any of these technologies, they will be enriched on the Account object. To view the IQ Technologies field on the Account object, be sure to add “IQ Technologies” to the page layout. Please watch the video tutorial here

 

Version 1.32

In this release, we have introduced changes that involve adding and removing certain fields. New installations will include these updates automatically. However, if you're upgrading from a previous version of Refresh, you will need to manually adjust the following fields to match the new configuration.

Steps to add values in Picklists for LeadIQ Schedule Enrichment object

1. Go to SF Setup > Object Manager
2. Click on LeadIQ Schedule Enrichment (LeadIQ__IQ_Scheduled_Enrichment__c) object

4. Click on Frequency (LeadIQ__IQ_Frequency__c) picklist
