How to Install LeadIQ Salesforce Package

In order to receive the latest version of LeadIQ's Salesforce package, please contact Customer Support.
Note: In order to install the package, you must be logged in to Salesforce with a user that has permission to install packages (typically Salesforce Admin user)
Once clicked you can begin the installation process by selecting which user(s) you want the to install the package for.
Note:
- Install for Admins will assign admin rights to anyone who is a System Administrator in SFDC
- Install for All Users will assign admin rights to all users
Select the method you prefer and click on “Install”
Check the box to approve third-party access. This will create the leadiq.auth0.com cookie in Chrome Settings > Privacy and security
Note: If you need to force Refresh to let you re-enter login credentials (because it’s auto-logging you in and you want to re-select the credentials you’re using) you can go here: chrome://settings/content/all and search for “auth0” and delete the LeadIQ entry.
Once you have granted access, click on Continue
This usually takes a long time (10-15 min) - could be longer for Enterprise customers
After ~2minutes, you should see this window
Click on Done
Once done, you should receive an email. (Package LeadIQ Install Successful)
You can now access the package by searching for it in the App Launcher
Once you open the app, click on Log In.
You should be able to log in the same way you log in to other LeadIQ applications.
Once you have completed the authentication, you are ready to begin configuration.
Which version of Salesforce package am I running?
To view the version of LeadIQ package you have installed:
- Login to Salesforce
- Click on the Setup Icon top right
- From the left sidebar, Under the "Platform Tools" section, select Apps -> Packaging -> Installed Packages
- Scroll down to find "LeadIQ" package, you can find the version you have installed
