Using LeadIQ with Gong Engage

LeadIQ now integrates with Gong Engage to streamline your prospecting activities. In this article, you'll learn how to use the LeadIQ integration with Gong Engage. This integration is available to use with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
Connecting Gong Engage from LeadIQ
Gong Engage is a team-wide integration, which means a LeadIQ Admin must connect it from the integrations page to provide access to all team members.
Please note:
1. For the connection to be successful, the LeadIQ Admin initiating this connection should also have the Admin/Technical Administrator role on Gong.
2. Salesforce or HubSpot is a prerequisite for using Gong Engage with LeadIQ. All users should have the Salesforce or HubSpot integration connected.
How to use Gong Engage with LeadIQ
Once the integration is connected, you can open the extension and select the Gong Flow you would like to export to. After capture, the prospect will appear under your Gong Flows.
Duplicate Detection
LeadIQ will detect if there are any duplicates in active Flows and will provide a white checkmark over the Gong Engage icon. If a prospect is already in active Flow, you will not be able to add it to another one.
