Using Account and Prospect Status Mapping

Status mapping allows you to identify what status the prospect and account have on Salesforce. Enterprise users will now be able to map any standard picklist field from Salesforce for any past, current, or future customers.

Configuration: 

Step 1: Navigate to the LeadIQ Salesforce configuration page.

Step 2: Click Status Mapping.

Step 3: Three options will appear: Account, Contact, and Lead

Step 4: Click the search bar and select the custom field to map. The most common fields are Account Status, Contact Status, or Lead Status, but each team can pick their own custom one.

Step 5: Once this is picked, the team admin will have to choose what tags team members will see on the extension when users are prospecting. Some examples are the following: 

Account:

Nurture - Sales

Active

Not Touched

Contact or Lead:

Past

Current 

Qualified

Engaged

Step 6: Repeat steps for Contact or Lead status.cinco.png

 

When the team opens the extension, they will now see both statuses for prospects that exist in their Salesforce.
