Getting Started
Step 1: In Okta, navigate to the Applications tab and click Create App Integration.
Creating the Application
Step 2: On the Create a new app integration popup, select SAML 2.0 and click Next.
General Settings
Step 3: On the Create SAML Integration page, under the General Settings tab, enter LeadIQ as the App Name, then right-click and download this LeadIQ logo. Click Browse and select the LeadIQ logo you just downloaded and click Upload Logo.
Step 4: Click Next.
Please Note: We recommend using the default App Visibility options. This will allow your users to log in using your identity provider's homepage.
Configuring SAML and General Settings
Step 5: If you haven’t already done so, initiate SSO setup on the LeadIQ web app at https://account.leadiq.com/app/settings/4.
Step 6: On the Create SAML Integration page, under the Configure SAML tab, copy the string in the URL ACS Callback field (from Okta's configuration page) and paste it into the Single sign-on URL field provided. Then copy the string from the Entity ID field (from Okta's configuration page), and paste it into the Audience URI field provided.
Step 7: Check Use this for Recipient URL and Destination URL.
Step 8: For Name ID format, select EmailAddress from the dropdown menu. Click Next.
Providing Feedback
Step 9: Under the Feedback tab, select I’m an Okta customer adding an internal app, then check This is an internal app that we have created. Click Finish.
Completing SAML 2.0 Configuration
Step 10: Under the Sign On tab on your application configuration on Okta, click Identity Provider metadata.
Step 11: Copy the URL link.
Step 12: On the SSO Setup popup, under Metadata, paste the URL into the field provided.
You have now completed setting up Okta SSO.
