Sometimes third-party Chrom extensions can cause our Webapp to not display the Campaigns section properly, like below:
If this happens to you, we recommend the following:
- Disable all Chrome extensions and test again. If it works properly at that point, you can enable each extension again, one by one, to determine which is the plugin causing the issue.
- Try in Incognito mode, which should disable all extensions so you can check if it is an extension causing the issue
If the issue persists after disabling all your extensions, please contact our Support team to help with diagnosing the cause of the malfunction.
