Do you need more information displayed for your captured prospects in Outreach?
It’s easy to set-up.
First go into your Outreach settings.
Next, choose prospect under system config. Then select the blank custom field that you want to customize.
Don’t forget the name of the custom field you have chosen. Then, label it as you see fit, once done, click on save. (In this example, the name of the custom field is Custom Field 15)
Next, go into your integration settings for Outreach and then, select add field mapping.
Click on the blank field for Outreach, and select the name of the custom field that was modified. (Earlier we chose Custom field 15)
On the left side, select the field source from LeadIQ.
That should be it. You have successfully created and mapped a new custom field for Outreach!
