Because LeadIQ plans offer a specific number of Premium Credits for a team, used for capturing Personal Emails and Mobile Phone numbers, you may wish to set a limit for individual team members so that, for example, one team member doesn't use up all the credits allocated to the team.
You can see your teams current credits remaining by hovering your mouse over the lower left circle with your initials in it to open the menu and display the credits:
To set a quota for team members, you can go to the Team section of the site where all your team members will be listed:
To the right of each team member, you will see a green square with 3 dots in it. That is a menu button and hovering your mouse over it will display several options as an Admin:
Selecting the "Set Member Credit Limit" option will allow an admin to modify the total number of Standard and/or Premium credits that you want that team member to have access to each month.
If you set either limit to 0, they will be able to use all credits for captures. We recommend restricting the Premium credits based on your workflow, but standard packages are given 100 premium credits per team member, so for an example, if there are 4 team members, the team will be given 400 Premium credits, team-wide. If a user has 400 as their max Quota set, they could use all the premium credits for that team. Since you receive 100 premium per team member, we recommend setting quotas to 100 for each member though your workflow requirements may be different.
