Credits and Multiple Captures


If you are on a plan with a limited number of standard email credits, you might be wondering if you'll be charged another credit for capturing a Verified lead that you have already captured in the past. 


The answer is that yes you'll be charged another credit. However, you'll see the "IQ" icon under people's picture in the extension if you've captured them before, and can simply avoid capturing them a second time:
