Prospecting Hub Dashboard

Step 1: Log into the LeadIQ web app and navigate to the Dashboard icon on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: On the Usage page, you can filter by adding a custom date range or selecting from the preset time periods.

Step 3: Under Active Users (Sessions), you can see the number of active users on a daily basis. To view the number of users on a specific date, hover over the bar above the corresponding date.

Click the specific date to open a menu to select a weekly, monthly, or quarterly view. 

You can use the same steps to view analytics for active users on the other reports:

  • Leads Captured
  • Lead Syncs
  • Credits Used
  • Captures - Top 30 Users
  • User Stats - Over Time Period of Choice
  • Sessions per day - Top 30 Users
  • Captures Per Session - Top 30 Users
  • Days Active Per Week - Top 30 Users 

Step 4: To filter the analytics being shown in these reports, enter information in one or more of the following field options near the top of the page:

  • Group Name
  • User Region
  • User Country
  • User Email

Please Note: Depending on your role, you may have a different default view of these analytics reports. For example, if you are a Sales Manager, by default, you will only see analytics for your team. Alternatively, if you are a LeadIQ Admin, you will be able to view all analytics for all users.  

Step 5: Some reports provide additional information with the Analyze It functionality. If you would like more information about a particular report, hover over the top right of the report and click Analyze It, then click Trend.

Toggle the Trend option to the right (On) position, then select either Trend Information or Trend Settings.

To download or print any of the reports, click the three dots icon to open the print/download menu. You can download as an image or as a CSV file.

Step 6: To go back to the default (daily) view, click the x icon at the top-left of the report to reset the view.

Data Metrics Dashboard

Step 1: Log into the LeadIQ web app and navigate to the Dashboard icon on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: Select the Data Metrics tab. On the Data Metrics page, there are two analytics reports: Total and Successful Mobile Unlocks and Prospect's Email Status.

To view additional information in either of the reports, simply hover over a bar in the displayed chart: 

Several filter options can be applied to both reports.

Options include:

  • Customizable date range
  • Preset time periods: 
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 90 days
    • Last 180 days
    • Last 360 days
  • Group
  • Prospect's Region
  • Prospect's Country
  • User's Email
  • Prospect's Email Status

Step 4: For more detailed analytics on mobile unlocks, hover over the area under User's Email and select Analyze It when the text appears.

The Analyze It menu includes two options: Explanations and Trends

  • Explanations: Select from the options to open a popup window with the explanation, and then select a point in the chart to view more details, including Anomalies and Breaking Points
    • Total Unlocks
    • Successful Unlocks
    • % Success Rate
  • Trend: Select from the options to open the Trend toggle, Information, and Settings menus: 
    • Total Unlocks
    • Successful Unlocks
    • % Success Rate

For more detailed analytics on Prospect's Email Status, hover over the area to the top-right of the chart and select Analyze It when the text appears.
